Not collecting impacted resources in Excel

Trying the new WARA process from today's call and not it is not collecting impacted resources in Excel. I do collect impacted resources with the original WARA process.

I updated all modules. Ran Start-WARACollector using a configfile.txt and command line options with resource groups only - had same result. When running the Start-WARAAnalyser I received the error below.

I tried again using only a subscription ID and experienced the same result - no impacted resources collected.
