[AVM Module Issue]: How to set ipSecurityRestrictions for Azure function apps

Description

I could see ipSecurityRestrictions setting is available for web app but not for function app. We have a requirement to restrict access from frontdoor only so we need help her with this module.

You can put the restrictions under siteConfig object
