Feasible by pressing Ctrl + up/down

Ctrl + up/down works for requests, but doesn't work for collections
I'm using version 0.18.1

Sorry my bad!
The collections do not have a specific position in the list for now on. Since they are deserialized from files, I can't think of a mechanism to allow smart positioning in the list. Maybe you do?
