Adoption Agency Algorithm: current status?

Latest WHATWG spec does not have "adoption agency algorithm". I guess the latest match is https://html.spec.whatwg.org/multipage/syntax.html#parsing-main-inbody section "12.2.5.4.7 The "in body" insertion mode".

Is this mode supported and if not, is there any intention to support it in the near future?

Currently I have no usecase for implementing that parsing mode, if someone has the knowledge and time to do so, would be happy to help reviewing it.
