详细叙述

pve 下lxc安装的openwrt ，经常访问被拒绝连接，在网上找了很多方法，都试了，，还是一样，请问一下是什么问题？另外请教一下，在编译的时候，本地时间格式如何修改为“年，月，日”，以前的方式不起作用了，谢谢。。
