Launch: Resources and Support FAQ page

Description

Tasks to be completed for the rollout and launch of the Resources and Support FAQ page next-build template to production.

Prelaunch tasks

• Confirm all defects found during QA have been resolved and closed
  • If there are issues left open for any reason, confirm there is documentation as to why those are still open and there is a path to completed post-launch
• Schedule Go/No go meeting with required participants (Erika/Laura/Chris)
• Determine launch date

Comms

• In #next-build slack channel, add a message about the planned launch to ask if there is any reason that folks know of that it should be moved/reconsidered. Ping the following people:
  • Tim Cosgrove
  • Jill Adams
  • Product-owning PM (either Fran Cross or Michael Skinner)
• Add slack announcement about planned launch in the following channels:
  • #sitewide-program
  • #cms-support ping @cms-helpdesk specifically
  • #vfs-change-announcements

Launch

• CMS feature flag has been updated for the template on the previously approved date
• Production content is confirmed to be running on next-build
• QA and Prod verification is completed to be sure no issues or regressions to other areas of the site were introduced
