🔖 Feature description

If a user wants to enable or disable auto-sync for the FluxCD application, they have to use the fluxCD CLI to perform this.

We can provide a simple toggle within the dashboard that will automatically perform this, and show the monitoring status as well for the application.

Reduced friction for enabling or disabling application monitoring.
