🔖 Feature description

While deploying apps from the application browser, there should be an option to choose whether to deploy hibernated apps or not. By default, all apps, including hibernated ones, are deployed, which means we have to manually hibernate them again.

🎤 Pitch / Usecases

If we have the option to deploy all apps except hibernated ones, it would make the deployment process much easier, eliminating the need to re-hibernate those apps manually.

Currently, there is no such option in the application browser, all apps including hibernated ones, are deployed by default.
