Fresh install failed

On Digitalocean:
1 GB Memory / 25 GB Disk / SFO3 - Ubuntu 22.04 (LTS) x64

After installation by
sudo bash -c "apt update; apt install -y curl; bash <(curl -sSL https://raw.githubusercontent.com/hiddify/hiddify-manager/main/common/download.sh) release"

It show:hiddify-haproxy activating

Installation Failed!

Restart and Check status, Hiddify-haproxy is always in activating:

In this case, direct domain url on client will work, but the CDN domain will never work.

Tried to fresh install after destroy the server, but failed to install custom version by bash <(curl https://i.hiddify.com/custom), because it does not show up the version list as this one: https://prnt.sc/Ewo1FNcNKq0n

So, I tried 
bash <(curl https://i.hiddify.com/v10.80.9)


After instllation, and set domain, it will paused:

Really confused, same sever configuration:

1 CPU Core
25 GB Storage
1 GB RAM

Linode works, but Digitalocean failed.

Also, there is almost no free memory on Digitalocean, but there are lots of memory left:

MiB Swap: 512.0 total, 330.0 free, 182.0 used. 287.3 avail Mem

Same here, I failed to install it on Azure, but on my QEMU VM, it seems to install perfectly fine.

always fails at this, docker also fails, but at different stages.
