This part here:

says:

The Azure Blob Storage contribution is still [in progress](https://github.com/eigerco/hyperlane-monorepo/pull/2).

But the related issue is closed

hyperlane-xyz/hyperlane-monorepo#4069

Question:

  1. is it still in progress?
  2. has it been implemented?
