Normalise size of SVGs

Currently all of the logos come in different sizes. I think it would be useful if all submitted SVGs were resized to a common size (preserving proportions of course). A number of scripts exist to accomplish this:

This is an interesting idea! We'll be considering this idea on our next iteration.
