[feature request] Notifications without Google on Android #158

Would be nice to have notifications also on a degoogled phone.
For Example with a persistent notification or like FOSS Warn (https://github.com/nucleus-ffm/foss_warn) does it.
Otherwise or additionally NextPush (https://github.com/UP-NextPush/android) would be an option.
