Summary

e2e testing redis udsink image source code is in numaproj/numaflow-sinks. e2e testing side-input udf image source code is in numaproj-contrib/e2e-tests-go. When we make an SDK upgrade, we need to make changes across multiple repositories. Additionally, the recent SDK CI improvement is not applied to them.

We should move them to the numaflow-go repository.
