Expected Behavior

During the live streaming hot key configured (Instant Replay with Control + E) stopped working.

Current Behavior

During the live streaming hot key configured (Instant Replay with Control + E) stopped working.
Calling the hot key with keyboard or other device (like Stream Deck) doesn't work.

You'll need to restart the software and during live streaming this is no possible.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Configure hot key for Instant Replay (example Control + E)
2. Use during live-streaming
3. It works once and then randomly stop working.
4. You'll need to restart OBS Studio to restart working.
   ...
