I'm having hard time when switching from one tool window to another in Android Studio. The experience had been same for WebStorm IDE as well.

So, when I move away from Github Copilot Chat and I try to come back. It takes really long time to load the chat screen. I took the timer and measured it tool almost 25 seconds to load the chat screen.

I'm attaching the screenshot of the tool window where I'm facing the issue. On click of Github Copilot Chat, it's taking ~25 seconds to load the screen.
