(Global Campus Application) Name on billing profile, student ID and public profile all match but still not accepted.

Hi everyone,

When I submitted my student ID, I was given these errors:

• Please correct your GitHub billing information with your last name exactly as it appears in your academic affiliation document.
• Please correct your GitHub billing information with your first name exactly as it appears in your academic affiliation document. Do not use a variation of your name or a nickname.

However, I've matched my name on my public profile to my billing profile. As far as I can tell, there is another check for whether the name on the ID matches the name on the public profile, which I've passed (no errors on that part).

I am really frustrated about this, especially given that applications are no longer being processed manually as a fallback.
