Renovate / Dependabot for this Repo to address pactfoundation/pact-broker Image Updates

• Connect this repo with Renovate / Dependabot and allow to search for new image versions of pactfoundation/pact-broker
• Make sure that Renovate / Dependabot are able to update the image version in the Values.yml file under image.tag
• Renovate / Dependabot needs to be configured to use Semantic Commits => https://docs.renovatebot.com/semantic-commits/
• The Github Workflow needs to be adjusted to accomodate for SemRel + a plugin to perform automatic Chart upgrades e.g. https://github.com/nflaig/semantic-release-helm

Renovate has been enabled on this repository now and we are getting the Pact Broker updates coming through nicely. Although it would be nice to automate releasing of the new version of the Chart when a Pact Broker update has happened, I don't think the time it would save would be worth the time spent on automating it. For this reason, am happy to close as we now have Renovate turned on and update the Pact Broker image.

Looks great, @ChrisJBurns! .. so now basically the image version and the chart version are bumped automatically .. however, the new chart is not published automatically, do I get that right?

@sherifkayad Only the image is bumped automatically. We still have to manually bump the Chart just because automating that may result in spending more time than we'd save
