Thanks for this value list, from which I learned a lot.
I have developed this email service: https://openmbox.net/
For privacy protection we implemented the following,

• We don't require users to provide additional info for registration.
• We don't use cookie for registration.
• Messages and passwords are stored encrypted.
• The whole systems are based on opensource.
• We also publish the key code to opensource: https://metacpan.org/pod/App::OpenMbox

Privacy is most important for everyone. It can be involved in personal or business life. Everyone has their own rules and regulations. You are not compulsive to share your important things with others. But what if you can get someone's important texts, chats, WhatsApp data, read Snapchat messages, etc? This looks isn't! Just install an app and get the data easily.
