COSMIC has been working fine for me, but there are a few things in it that are unusual, such as app names not being shown when hovering over them on the dock. This is in basically every operating system.

Secondly, opening a context menu on the desktop when a window is open causes the context menu to be overlapped by the window. This also does not happen on other operating systems.
