Multiple instances of chartist

Currently there is only a single cache that only supports a single chart created at the same time.

How could we present multiple charts?

Hey @reminyborg, thanks for opening this issue. And thanks @joehand for keeping it alive.

Yes, as it stands, the code only provides a cache for one chart.

This is not by design per se, more just that I didn't yet implement support for multiple charts.

I'll get to this sometime this week.
