I experience that there can be conditions where a http-mirage-client does not succeed to download an archive. It just fetches some (or none) bytes, but the TCP connection seems to be still alive, and there's even hours later no timeout.

Should be investigated further, this happened when starting opam-mirror (using mirage-tcpip TCP stack) from scratch, when it has to download ~20000 archives.
