项目：Vue 官方开发者工具的下一个迭代，旨在增强 Vue 开发者体验。

与 3107 不一样的是它迁移到了 Vue 官方。并且它现在提供了更强大的功能，功能更完善的同时，支持运行在独立窗口与独立应用程序，对应的新的浏览器扩展也即将发布。
