In fact, I pinned an entry at the top inadvertently.
And then it doesn't go away anymore.
Until I deleted this entry with the following command:

cliphist delete-query test.gif

I don't remember what I did before that. So I can't reproduce this action to pin something to the top.

But I want to learn how to do it.
Can I ask a question here?

The following table describes the version information and configurations:

Version:
Debian: Trixie
cliphist: 0.5.0
wl-clipboard 2.2.1
wofi: v1.4.1

Config:
In ~/.config/labwc/autostart

# cliphist
wl-paste --type text --watch cliphist store >/dev/null 2>&1 & # Stores only text data
wl-paste --type image --watch cliphist store >/dev/null 2>&1 & # Stores only image data

In wofi script
cliphist list | wofi --dmenu | cliphist decode | wl-copy
