Can't make it work

I have set everything up according to the instructions, but I get "Failed to send, you can ..." every time I run it.

I'm on iOS 18.2 and Trillium Next 0.90.12

When I call the API (https://mydomain.tld/custom/takenote) via browser, it loads forever with no message or error.
Is there a way to check whether the custom API is working at all?

However, I'm also surprised that you don't have to enter a password/API Token
