This PR aims to add a new feature into
arch-updatethat offers the possibility to read the latest Arch Linux news before updating the system.It prints the title of the latest Arch Linux news and offers to expand their content.
Users can choose which news to read or can proceed to update without reading any if they want to.
This PR also includes a complete rework of the "screenshot" section of the README.
