  1. Add Issue template;
  2. Close invalid bug reports (without a valid title / selected not using CI debug build).
    Note:
  3. When an Issue is labeled invalid, it will be automatically closed, and when it is labeled as spam, it will be automatically locked;
  4. Title and version checks are only applied to Issues with bug label.
