MSG_WAITALL flag in io_uring_prep_send and variants

Hi, in the man page of the send preparation functions, its stated that MSG_WAITALL can be given as flags argument. Though when I check the man page for send(2), I can't see such flag is supported. Is it an io_uring extension for send requests? Only recv(2) seems to take such flag.
