Ethos v2.0 DSMTools Suite

Ethos DSMTools Suite v2.0 is finally stable enough to call it a release.
It works with the latest firmware version of AS3X+ v3.2.7 (released Jan 7, 2025)

EdgeTX Forward Prog v59a

This is a small update over v0.59.
Same code as v0.59, but with an updated message file that is needed to support the latest AS3X+ v3.2.7 (Jan 7, 2025). It adds two new menus.
You can also just update the message file on /SCRIPTS/TOOLS/DSMLIB/msg_fwdp_en.txt from the same file below.

"Color" is for color radios, and "Min" is for small screen Black&White.

EdgeTX Forward Prog v0.59

Minor fixes for some specific AS3X+ functionality.. If you are not using this features, probably not worth upgrading.

Fixes:

1. On the "Other Settings"->Frame Rate Changing Ch1 to SLRX2 make the RX disconnect, but change properly saved. #23
2. On the "Gyro-Settings"->Nosewheel, changing the "retracted/extended" state was not working. #24
3. Handling of multiple gyro system, on AR10360T. #25
4. Chore: General improvement of internal state handling to make the logic easier and use less memory.. both color and B&W
