Implements the getRouterAccountInfo method which was previously throwing a "not implemented" error. The method now: - Fetches router account data from Solana connection - Retrieves remote router public keys for all domains - Gets optional owner public key if available - Gets optional ISM data and public key if available - Returns all collected information in the required format This implementation allows proper interaction with Solana router accounts and enables other adapter methods to work correctly.
