{countLostReplicas} is now reported to PostFailoverProcesses and PostUnsuccessfulFailoverProcesses

Under what conditions will Lost replicas？Now I will also lose replicas when failing over.

Hi. Command line text replacement its it countLostReplicas. Which Environment variable? ORC_COUNT_LOST_REPLICAS?
