See cli/cli#9145. UI shows the PR as able to merge with all the approvals and checks as satisfied. Possibly worth noting that I did run EDIT1: This happened again. Force-pushing the branch may be causing this behavior. I have yet to find a way to unstick the PR once it gets into this state so any amount of help would be appreciated. EDIT2: And again. I think a reliable repro seems to be:

Are you sure that you have the latest version of that repo maybe if you try to pull before you make a pr to get the latest updates it will work |
