Add scroll to help widget

For some blocks, the help window can't fit the SVG and the text below within the scope of the window. There's no proper way to access the content that overflows without zooming out. It'd be better in my opinion to have a max height (e.g. 75% of window height). If the content overflows, a scrollbar appears.
