There are a few packages that need to remain in "pre-release" even when we GA/stablize the rest of .NET Aspire.
Testing
Built locally with
.\build.cmd -pack -ci -Configuration Release /p:DotNetFinalVersionKind=release /p:OfficialBuildId=20240415.2
and ensured these 3 packages didn't have "stable" versions.Risk
Low. This just changes the package version when building for final release.
